Event Announcement

Start and finish: 
Reichwald School (Zum Kirchbühl 14, Ramstein-Miesenbach)
According to the regulations of German Athletics Federation, we must follow the age-category
limits.

Awards ceremony:
The kids’ and school races will be awarded after the start of the main race.
In the 5 km race, the top 3 male/female finishers in under 16 and under18 will be
awarded, including walking and Nordic walking.
Age-group rankings for the main race: male/female under 18, under 20, open class, 30, 35, etc.

entry fee: 
Entry fee is payable when picking up your bib starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Reichwald Sports Hall.

Every participant receives a commemorative medal after the race in exchange for
returning their bib: “10th Seewoog Run LTOlympia Ramstein”.

Participation is at the runner’s own risk; liability is excluded.

Course: 15% paved, 85% forest paths and trails
5 km: approx. 50 m elevation gain
10 km: approx. 100 m elevation gain
Bib pickup, refreshments, changing rooms, and showers are in the Reichwald Sports venue.
Parking is available close to the start.

Registration and results:
Pre-registration: via my race result
Late registration: possible up to 30 minutes before the start
Results: immediately after the race on a monitor
Certificate printing online via my race result
